The Company

We started out as a humble little food truck and have grown to now include our first brick and mortar location.

As a small locally owned business I pride myself in supporting other local businesses. I like to keep my money right here in the Flathead by using local vendors and suppliers. It helps keep our community unique and vibrant and provides you with the freshest possible ingredients.

The Chef

Welcome to the Fork In The RoadProject

The next 10 years will decide the future of humanity. We will have all the tools but will we have the will? This is a call for global action on 4 existential topics.

The Fork In The Road Project is named after Buckminster Fuller and has been initiated in 2021 by futurists David Houle, Glen Hiemstra and Gerd Leonhard. We are aiming to start a global narrative that brings 4 existential issues (climate change, capitalism, exponential technological change and human enhancement) into a sharper and wider public focus, and ultimately catalyses real action by leaders around the world.
